Please pay a $500 non-refundable deposit for each participant applying for this expedition. Your spot is not secure until this deposit is received. You can expect a confirmation receipt within 3 business days of payment.
If you would like help booking flights from our Travel Specialist, please fill out the flight form below and we will call you within 3 business days to get your flights booked.
If you choose to purchase flights on your own, ROAM Humanitarian will provide a time that you must be in the host city and a time that you may depart. You must not arrive after the group time or depart before the group time as to not disrupt the group itinerary. Any accommodations or transfers needed before or after the official expedition dates will be the responsibility of the traveler.
Once purchased, please send in your flight receipts and we will add it to your donation amount.

Due to the nature of our 501c3 status, your expedition fees are considered a donation and are tax deductible. For this reason, your expedition fees are not refundable and trip insurance is strongly suggested. We recommend www.sqauremouth.com to select the best plan for your needs.
Step 8: Download WhatsApp on your smartphone device.
Closer to trip dates, you will be invited to your travel group. This is how we will communicate leading up to expedition dates and while traveling.
