Bali Women Expedition
Building A Future of Hope
We are reaching out to our community, our fellow helpers, with high hopes that we can reach our goal of completing the women’s center by December 1, 2025. December in Tanzania is FGM season, the “cutting month.” Every December we will fill the center to the brim with girls, women, and anyone who needs a safe haven, a place of refuge. With your help, this center will not sit empty. It will be a sanctuary. A place where women can be educated, provided clean drinking water, fresh meals, business opportunities, and a haven from the world of abuse many are seeking refuge from.
In regions like Manyara, Dodoma, and Arusha, as many as 1 in 2 girls face the risk of Female Genital Mutilation — a life-altering practice we’re working to end.
