Lindsay Bowen
Lindsay is the heart and soul of ROAM Humanitarian. She is the founder and brains behind each expedition and our mission as an organization. Lindsay is an educator with a Master of Science in Leadership and considers the youth her dearest friends. Lindsay’s passion for the world, human connection, and life in general is contagious and captivating. Lindsay is married to Justin and they have four incredible children and make their world go round from the mountains of Heber City, Utah.

Justin Bowen
Justin has led thousands of youth and adults across the globe with National Geographic for nearly 10 years, and 8 years with youth on Illuminate Youth Trips. He is a photographer by trade and has taught hundreds of under-privileged youth how to express themselves through this medium. He helped found ROAM Humanitarian with Lindsay and has a love for her passion for service.

Mike Ross
With over 25 years in wealth advisory, Mike founded Crow Creek Wealth in 2019 after serving as Vice President, Wealth Management Advisor at Fidelity Investments. Specializing in high net worth clientele, Mike offers expertise in investments, finance, and taxation. His comprehensive experience spans wealth management, financial and estate planning, including work with multi-generational families to establish foundations and charitable giving accounts. Mike holds a B.S. in Business Administration, CFP education from Northwestern University, and the Certified Wealth Strategist designation. Living in Smoot, WY, with his wife and 2 of their 4 children, Mike is active in outdoor activities and community service, including roles as a Scout Master, little league coach, and board member for Smoot Park. Passionate about philanthropy, he and his family have served on 3 ROAM expeditions so far.

Melissa Holmes
Melissa is a cultural enthusiast, world traveler and former United Nations NGO representative. She has a passion for ROAM Humanitarian and its mission to create meaningful service experiences for humanitarian participants while executing impactful and sustainable change for communities in need around the world. Her involvement in ROAM Humanitarian has brought a dream of hers into reality. Dancing, reading and spending time with family and friends are Melissa’s favorite things. She and her husband live in Lehi, Utah with their three daughters who make their lives better each day.
