What is Included, Expedition Fees, and Discounts

Expedition fees for all humanitarian trips are $3295 to $3,995 per person plus international airfare.  All expedition fees and airfare are tax deductible. Fees cover all lodging, accommodations, most meals (excluding a few dinners), excursions, cultural events, and service projects.

Discounts

• $250 off for students (non-stackable)
• $250 off for Previous ROAMer (this is not your first ROAM Humanitarian expedition, non-stackable)
• $50 off your donation fees for each person you refer who books an expedition

What Is Included In The Cost Of My Expedition?

Great question! The cost of your expedition includes most food, lodging, all sightseeing and excursions, travel and transportation within the host country, guides, cultural experiences, and our humanitarian projects.

The program cost does NOT include round-trip flights to and from the host country, visas, passports, personal souvenirs, extra snacks, bottled drinks, baggage fees, COVID-19 testing, and travel, medical, and evacuation insurance.

The expedition dates include a travel day at the start and end. If you arrive early or stay later, you’ll need to arrange your own accommodations and airport transfers. For specific trip dates, contact us at hello@illuminatetrips.com.
